Trans4mation is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. In March 2012, TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH audited us for the first time and the recertification in March 2016 showed that all the requirements of the globally recognized quality management system are fulfilled. In addition, the certification recognizes that our company is actively working on the continuous improvement of its processes. For customers, this means even more security, thanks to standardized processes.
On November 6, 2012 the award ceremony Fast 50 took place at the Post Palast in Munich. It honored the fifty fastest growing technology companies, the Risings Stars and the winners of the Sustained Excellence Award. Trans4mation was awarded sixth place with a five-year growth rate of 995 % in the business segment ‘Communication / Network, Internet, Software and Computers’.
On October 23, 2012, Trans4mation was awarded a TOP-innovative company in the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi) in Berlin. TOP gives specialists and managers the opportunity to visit around 100 showcase companies. In one-day events, innovations are presented on the spot and experiences are exchanged, across topics and sectors.

The BITMi awarded the seal of approval ‘Software Made in Germany’ for the MPS software solution edo. The Bundesverband IT-Mittelstand e. V. (Federal Association of IT SMEs) awards a seal of approval to underline the quality of German software products. The award confirms the good market positioning of the applications we provide in Germany.
ITsax.de and OFFICEsax.de are exclusive job portals of the Empfehlungsbund (recommendations association), on which the leading Saxon companies from both industries network and present themselves together. The aim is to support each other in recruiting skilled workers and to demonstrate career prospects. A sophisticated recommendation system has been developed for this purpose. The portals are also intended to contribute to keeping experts and managers in the region.
